Who is it for?
The with you First Period Confidence Pouch has been thoughtfully created for girls aged approximately 9–14 who may be approaching their first period or have recently started.
Every girl starts her period at a different age, so there is no "right" time. Our pouch is designed to sit quietly in a school bag or bedroom, helping girls feel prepared, reassured and supported whenever the time comes.
It's also a lovely way for parents, grandparents and loved ones to start gentle conversations about periods and growing up.

How do I know what size to go for?

How do I wash the period pants?
To keep your period pants working at their very best, we recommend giving them a simple cold rinse after use before washing.
Wash at 30°C with similar colours and, where possible, avoid using fabric conditioner, as over time it can affect the absorbency of the fabric.
With a little care, your period pants will stay soft, comfortable and ready to support her again and again.
How does the heat pack work?
Simply open the packet and the heat pack will begin to warm up. Peel off the backing and attach it to the inside of the period pants or your own underwear for gentle, soothing warmth for up to 8–12 hours.
Can I add my own items to the pouch?
Yes! The pouch has been thoughtfully designed with extra room for you to add your own essentials, such as spare underwear, leggings or any other comforting items you'd like to keep close by.
Can I send it as a gift?
